We are doing all we can to make sure orders are delivered on time. However, due to ongoing shipment and inventory interruptions, there may be unforeseen circumstances that will cause a change or delay in delivery. It is important that all orders be placed no later than Monday, December 2nd to guarantee delivery by the holidays. When the items ship, you will receive a confirmation email. Some items may ship immediately after your order is placed, some may ship closer to the holidays.
Please note that accounts from previous years have been deactivated. You will need to create a new account for 2024. If you are having issues with account creation - please contact us at info@shoppolsinelli.com
How to Ship to Multiple Addresses
Shipping Different Items to Multiple Addresses
- Step 1: Add all your items to your shopping cart.
- Step 2: Click the shopping cart icon in top right of webpage.
- Step 3: Check the box in the top left that says “Ship to Multiple Addresses”.
- Step 4: Enter your shipping details.
Shipping the Same Item to Multiple Addresses (Item that has a Standard Holiday Card)
- Step 1: Add the item to your shopping cart.
- Step 2: Click the shopping cart icon in top right of webpage.
- Step 3: Check the box that says “Ship to Multiple Addresses”
- Step 4: Input your shipping info for the first shipment. Then you will see a small blue “+”, click that and it will add another item with the ability to put in a new shipping address. Repeat for all your orders.
Shipping the Same Item to Multiple Addresses (Item that has Option of Personalized Message)
- Step 1: If you want the same message for all shipments, then input your message on the product page and add it to your cart. (If you want a different message for each shipment, skip to bottom bullet point**)
- Step 2: Click the shopping cart icon in top right of webpage.
- Step 3: Check the box that says “Ship to Multiple Addresses”
- Step 4: Input your shipping info for the first shipment. Then you will see a small blue “+”, click that and it will add another item with the ability to put in a new shipping address. Repeat for all your orders.
- **If you want to include a different message in every shipment, you will need to type your message on the product page and add to cart. Then you will repeat that for every item. Go to checkout when finished, and click that same “Ship to Multiple Addresses” checkbox to input shipping addresses.
What is the message on the standard Polsinelli Holiday Greeting Card?
The card reads "Happy Holidays" on the front, and "From Your Friends at Polsinelli" on the back.
When will my gift be received?
If you order by December 2nd, your gift will deliver before the holidays, unless other specified on the product page. When the items ship, you will receive a confirmation email. Some items may ship immediately after your order, some may ship closer to the holidays.
International Shipping
International orders are available only for select items. It will be noted on the product page if items CAN ship internationally. If you require assistance with your options, please contact us at info@shoppolsinelli.com.
Why can’t I add a personal note for all items?
We apologize for any inconvenience, however, personal notes are only available on select items in order to ensure best customer experience.
Can I save my shopping cart?
When you set up an account, your shopping cart is automatically saved until you checkout.
Payment Method
Shop using your credit card and request reimbursement through your individual marketing account.
Will I be charged tax and shipping?
You will not be charged any shipping expenses on the website. You might be charged tax based on shipping address.
Will I be notified when my orders ship?
Yes, when your orders ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information.
